Tileable Vol.1 - 106 seamless PBR materials
A downloadable asset pack
106 seamless PBR materials. 2048x2048. Five maps each. They tile exactly.
Twenty families:
- Ground & terrain — gravel & cobble (6), sand/ash/soil (6), grass & moss (5), snow (4), asphalt & road (4)
- Architecture — brick (6), concrete (6), plaster (6), granite & stone (6), marble (6), ceramic tile (6), roof tiles (4)
- Wood — wood & planks (8)
- Metal — rust & worn metal (6), brushed metal (6), corrugated metal (3), sci-fi panels (5)
- Soft & paper — woven fabric (6), leather (4), paper & cardboard (3)
Every material gives you five PNGs:
_albedo— base colour, no baked lighting_normal— tangent space, OpenGL (+Y up)_rough— roughness, greyscale_ao— ambient occlusion_height— height / displacement
No atlases, no .sbsar, no proprietary material format, no folder maze. One folder per material, five PNGs inside, drop them in.
Seamless is a property of how they were built, not a retouch.
Most "seamless" textures are photographs with the edges blended until the join stops being obvious. These were synthesised with periodic operations only — spectral (FFT) noise, wrapped lattices, integer cell counts, wrapped blurs — so the left edge is the continuation of the right edge, pixel for pixel, in both axes. Tile one 10x10 and there is no repeat line to find, because there is no join. The 2x2 previews above are the shipped files, untouched, and the floor in the tiling screenshot is one 2048px material repeated 60 times in each direction in Blender with no blending of any kind.
Try before you buy: the free sample is 8 materials at 1024px, one from each of 8 different families, with the same five maps and the same licence. The paid download is the full 106 at 2048px, split into twenty per-family zips so you only pull what you need.
Licence: use them in anything, commercial or personal, unlimited projects, no attribution, no royalty. Don't resell the texture files themselves. Full text in LICENSE.txt inside every download.
How these were made — plainly.
These are procedurally generated with Python and numpy. No photographs, no scans, and no image-generation model were used, which also means there is no photogrammetry or stock licence hiding underneath them — the output is original and yours to use commercially. The generator code was written with AI assistance (Claude), which is why this page carries itch's AI-assisted label.
What that honestly means for you: these are clean, consistent, exactly-tiling synthetic materials, and they are good at being backgrounds, greebling, floors and walls, UI and mockup surfaces, prototyping, and stylised work. They are not photoscans of one specific real wall and they do not pretend to be.
$1.99, one payment. Pay on this page and itch.io gives you the full 106-material download straight away — every map already named per material, ready to drop into your renderer. The free sample downloads the same way, with no payment.
Want a family that isn't here? Say so in the comments. Vol.2 gets built from what people actually ask for.
